minute fabrication needs. About the Role: The Safety Coordinator
plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and compliant work
environment across construction and operational sites within the
United States. This position is responsible for developing,
implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety programs that
minimize risks and prevent workplace accidents. The Safety
Coordinator will lead accident investigations, conduct safety
audits, and provide targeted safety training to employees at all
levels. By fostering a culture of safety awareness and adherence to
regulatory standards, the role directly contributes to protecting
the health and well-being of all personnel. Ultimately, the Safety
Coordinator ensures that safety management systems are effectively
integrated into daily operations, promoting continuous improvement
and regulatory compliance. Minimum Qualifications: 2 - 3 Years
experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental
Science, or a related field. Proven experience in accident
investigation and safety management within construction or
industrial environments. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and
safety standards applicable to construction and site operations.
Certification such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety or Certified
Safety Professional (CSP). Excellent communication skills to
effectively conduct training and collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ergonomics assessments
and implementing fall protection programs. Familiarity with safety
management software and data analysis tools. Previous experience
working in multi-site safety coordination roles. Additional
training in emergency response and crisis management.
Responsibilities: Conduct thorough accident investigations to
identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Develop,
implement, and monitor safety management systems and programs
tailored to construction and site-specific needs. Perform regular
safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and
other regulatory requirements. Deliver safety training sessions
focused on construction safety, fall protection, ergonomics, and
site safety best practices. Collaborate with management and
employees to promote a proactive safety culture and address
potential hazards promptly. Skills: The required skills such as
accident investigation and safety audits are utilized daily to
identify hazards and implement corrective measures that prevent
workplace injuries. Safety management systems and safety programs
are developed and maintained to ensure ongoing compliance and
continuous improvement in safety performance. Safety training
skills are essential for educating employees on best practices,
regulatory requirements, and site-specific safety protocols.
Expertise in construction safety, site safety, fall protection, and
ergonomics enables the Safety Coordinator to tailor safety
initiatives to the unique challenges of each work environment.
Preferred skills like familiarity with safety software and advanced
certifications enhance the ability to analyze safety data
effectively and lead comprehensive safety strategies across
multiple sites. 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
