With more than 100 cases per month currently turned away, this is a rare opportunity for a courtroom-tested litigator to step into immediate leadership and high-impact work. What You Will Handle Jury and bench trials HOA, foreclosure, and landlord-tenant dispute Commercial real estate and business litigation Construction-related conflicts Mentorship of junior attorneys Business development initiatives Compensation and Benefits $170,000 to $200,000 base salary Three-tier bonus structure plus discretionary bonuses 401(k) with matching contributions 100 percent employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage The ideal candidate has first chaired at least two jury trials, handled multiple bench trials, and mentored and trained junior associates.
