MISS: PRC Scheduler/Planner (Contingency Hire) Please note: This position is located in Baghdad, Iraq and is contingent on awardThis position is responsible for developing and providing schedules for all projects being planned and performed by the PRCThe duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusiveDuties :--- According to PRC projects priorities, develops production schedule for all projects.
* Produce schedules for fabrication, installation, and repair of all systems related to PRC projects .
* Correlate project schedules to align with client forecasted master schedule.--- Update client through accepted and sponsored software.
* Analyzes production specifications and construction data and performs mathematical calculations to determine material, tools, and human resources requirements for the schedule.
* Plans and develops workflow for each craft and operations according to the previously established client sequences and lead times.
* Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other operations for guidance of construction workers.
* Confer with FM and PRC management to determine status of projects.--- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
* Prepares production reportsRequired : Minimum Acceptable Experience Level : Five (5) years of experience scheduling facilities related renovation and construction projectsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities :--- Knowledge of principles and processes involved in supporting contract responsibilities at an overseas facility.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.--- Expert communication skills to facilitate and disseminate information.
* Expert computer skills, specifically Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.
* Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team.
* Ability to be innovative and be an agent for changeEducation : High school diploma or equivalent education is requiredLicenses and Certifications : Valid driver's license from home of recordSecurity Vetting : Already possess a U.SGovernment (USG) issued Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) security clearance or be able obtain a favorable USG MRPT clearance prior to being hired is required for the positionMust maintain eligibility at the required clearance level for the duration of the task orderLanguage Skills : Satisfactory English proficiency to meet job requirements and to adhere and comply with safety, health and security measuresCitizenship : No specific requirementDesired :--- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management.
* Relevant overseas contract experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio.
