Hogan1 is seeking a dedicated CDL A Truck Driver to join our innovative transportation team. As a key player in our logistics framework, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficacy and integrity of our delivery services. At Hogan1, we rely on our truck drivers to enhance our reputation as a leader in transportation solutions through timely deliveries, professionalism, and paramount safety practices. Operate a tractor-trailer or flatbed truck in accordance with company and federal regulations, ensuring safe and timely delivery of products. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules as devised by the logistics team. Maintain logs of travel and cargo according to federal and state regulations. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Document any cargo discrepancies and report road incidents to the dispatcher. Follow accident procedures if an accident occurs, ensuring to report and manage the situation appropriately. Manage proof of delivery paperwork from customers. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure efficient operations. Strong driving record with no traffic violations Proficiency in using GPS and other routing systems Ability to manage unforeseen situations like traffic, weather conditions etc. Excellent physical condition to lift heavy cargo when necessary Good communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Clean driving record DOT Medical card Endorsement for hazardous materials might be required for certain positions
