Our drivers are essential to maintaining the exceptional service standards that Hogan1 is known for, facilitating logistics operations that reach across various regions. As part of our team, you will contribute to our mission by driving across specified routes, adhering to delivery schedules, and ensuring all transportation activities are executed within compliance regulations. Operate a tractor-trailer or truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Load, handle, and transport cargo safely and efficiently, ensuring it is secured. Follow prescribed routes, schedules, and comply with all transportation laws. Maintain communication with dispatch and customers to report any variances in schedule or delivery issues. Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of all vehicles and equipment to ensure functionality and safety. Manage documentation related to cargo, routing, and delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all aspects of safe operation and report any accidents or incidents immediately. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate electronic logbooks and fleet management software. Capacity to navigate effectively and adapt routes when necessary.
