Confidential Search Solutions (CSS) has partnered with a
prestigious national law firm on a direct-hire basis to identify a
Trucking Litigation Associate for their Houston office. The ideal
candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical, research,
writing, and communication skills, bringing 3 years of premises
liability or trucking litigation experience . Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio of tort defense and trucking cases
Provide legal counsel and representation in court proceedings,
depositions, discovery, negotiations, and mediations Conduct legal
research, analyze case law, statutes, and regulations, and deliver
informed legal opinions Collaborate with colleagues and clients to
develop case strategies Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an
accredited law school Active Texas Bar license 3–5 years of
experience in tort defense and/or trucking litigation Exceptional
legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to work
independently and collaboratively within a team
