an Amlaw 100 firm seeking a 4th–5th Year Litigation Associate to
join their Houston, TX office. This is a full-time onsite
opportunity with competitive compensation and a comprehensive

dynamic commercial trial practice. Position Overview: The Houston
office is seeking an associate with a minimum of 4 years of
experience in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have
strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills and be
experienced in drafting pleadings and papers addressing complex
legal and factual issues. Candidates should be strategically and
analytically minded, able to work independently as well as
collaboratively, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and
motivation. Qualifications: Graduation from a nationally recognized
law school Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial
litigation Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Experience analyzing complex legal and factual issues and drafting
pleadings Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive
team Highly motivated with a strong work ethic Admission to the
