Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
--- Advocate for clients in complex family law matters-including divorce, custody, child support, property division, enforcement, and adoption.
--- Handle contested hearings and trials with confidence and strategic focus.
--- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
--- Develop tailored case strategies and advise clients with empathy and clarity.
--- Represent clients in court appearances, mediation, and negotiations.
--- Collaborate with a smart, dedicated legal team to deliver results and build trust.

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
--- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Texas family law experience, with demonstrated trial and hearing work in custody and property disputes.
--- Deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code and court procedures.
--- Proven success managing case files independently.
--- Strong courtroom presence, excellent writing skills, and client-centered communication.
--- A team player who brings both professionalism and heart to the practice of law.
