Manager, Project Management-PULSE Network As a Manager Project Manager at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. PULSE Pricing leads the development and execution of pricing policy strategy for payment network. PULSE pricing policy serves as the driver for network revenue and topline growth at Global Payment Network (GPN). Our company faces a unique opportunity to grow a debit business. The person will : Play a crucial role in ensuring the team has accurate and insightful data to drive business strategies. This involves working closely with different groups to make informed decisions that impact the company’s growth and competitiveness Be an excellent storyteller using data to strengthen recommendation Navigate complex problems where there is no single right answer, requiring nuanced judgement Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes General Responsibilities : Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects and peers. Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment. Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience At least 7 Years of Project Management experience ?At least 3 years of experience working with analytical or software engineering teams At least 1 Year of People Management experience Preferred Qualifications : Masters / MBA degree At least 8 years of Project Management experience At least 3 years of People Management experience PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Houston, TX: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
