Job Description:
Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost
provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s
Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North
American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean
and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven
technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture
Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional
designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational
reliability at significantly lower capital cost. The Maintenance
Systems Manager will lead Venture Global’s global CMMS delivery and
management efforts within the Operations Services Group, supporting
new facility builds, system enhancements, and ongoing operational
readiness. This role oversees the end-to-end management of the
company’s CMMS (SAP Plant Maintenance), including system
configuration and testing, user training, master data governance,
and asset lifecycle management to ensure system reliability and
data integrity. The successful candidate will collaborate
cross-functionally to establish consistent, efficient, and
sustainable CMMS practices across all Venture Global facilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage global CMMS/Plant
Maintenance master data builds, upgrades, and development projects
for new assets and operating facilities. • Serve as the workstream
manager for all CMMS-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with
project goals and operational needs. • Collaborate
cross-functionally with technical, functional, IT, and business
teams to ensure seamless CMMS integration and performance. •
Partner with the IT Applications team on SAP-PM design,
development, testing, and implementation of enhancements,
configurations, and upgrades. • Provide first-line user support for
SAP-PM issues, including troubleshooting, triage, and escalation of
technical problems. • Lead testing and validation efforts for
SAP-PM updates, including scenario creation, test data management,
issue reporting, and documentation of results. • Manage and guide
subject matter experts in CMMS best practices to ensure consistent
master data governance and field usage across the organization. •
Oversee data integrity and daily operations of the CMMS system. •
Support and coordinate global CMMS system upgrade projects. • Drive
the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring user
proficiency in system tools and adherence to business processes. •
Lead large-scale data migration and mass upload activities during
system implementations or transitions from legacy systems. •
Coordinate with the Information Management team and EPC contractors
to ensure high-quality data delivery and accurate population of the
CMMS. • Foster continuous improvement by collaborating across
global teams to share learnings, standardize processes, and
optimize maintenance strategies. Required Qualifications: • 10
years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) ; understanding
of Materials Management (MM) is an advantage. • 3 years of
experience in a leadership or management role within an industrial
environment. • Proven experience managing large-scale CMMS
implementations (100,000 assets). • Deep knowledge of maintenance
strategies, philosophies, and preventive maintenance optimization
methodologies. • Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance
workflows , including corrective, preventive, and
time/strategy-based maintenance processes. • Expertise in SAP PM
master data management (functional locations, equipment masters,
BOMs, work centers, etc.). • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Master
Data Governance (MDG) is highly desirable. • Excellent analytical,
problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Strong communication
and leadership abilities with experience supporting global teams. •
Advanced proficiency in data management and transformation tools ,
particularly Microsoft Excel . • Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
Information Systems, or related technical field experience
