As a Programmer Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced solutions using OpenText, support integrations with enterprise systems, and ensure system stability, performance, and compliance throughout project execution. Responsibilities : Develop and support complex document management solutions using the OpenText platform Design workflows, custom forms, user interfaces, and reporting components to meet functional needs Support system integrations, performance tuning, and platform migrations while minimizing service disruption Collaborate on projects including cloud migrations, intelligent capture upgrades, and electronic signature integrations Ensure compliance with internal security, governance, and documentation standards Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise solutions within OpenText or similar platforms Strong expertise in system integration, automation workflows, and document-based business processes Ability to manage and troubleshoot performance issues, patches, and platform upgrades Experience with electronic signature tools (e.g., DocuSign) and migration tools preferred Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate across multiple departments Additional Requirements Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting. The Pay Rate range for this position is $30 - $33 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
