• Make amazing product
• Take ownership of development timelines, product capabilities, and features
• Reimagine the way problems are solved and challenge the status quo
• Strong technical chops and a belief in building sustainable clean code
• Experience in Ruby on Rails is advantageous but not required
• Engage with users directly and develop solutions to their toughest and most pervasive pain pointsQualifications
