Job Description:
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for managing
patient/resident care, ensuring quality outcomes, and collaborating
within the interdisciplinary team.
Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation or designated
supervisor.
Supervises assistants and aides, ensuring services align with
approved care plans and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
Requires a minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree in physical
therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology, with
appropriate licensure in the state.
Preferred experience includes managing rehabilitation staff,
working in long-term care, outpatient settings, and understanding
regulatory requirements.
Must hold active licensure as a therapist in the relevant
state(s).
