Job Description:
A national upscale restaurant group is searching for a strong
back-of-house leader in the Houston area. The Sous Chef should have
a prior background in high-volume upscale dining and the ability to
foster a climate of service and execution at a high level
(leadership is 1). The company has a very structured and
systems-driven culture and is looking for a leader who can hold a
team accountable while creating a positive work climate. 100%
scratch kitchen, excellent compensation, benefits, and culture with
great growth potential (will open a minimum of 2 locations this
year).
