Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in patient

dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you
will be essential in delivering expert care in facility-based and
home-based settings, working closely with a team of health
professionals to restore, enhance, and support patient speech and
communication abilities. Our Speech Pathologists are vital in
crafting personalized treatment plans that uphold our commitment to
exceptional care and patient recovery. This opportunity not only

to be a part of innovative patient care techniques. Assess and
diagnose patient speech, language, cognitive-communication, and
swallowing disorders. Develop and implement tailored treatment
plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Provide therapy
in individual and group settings, and record patient progress.
Educate family members or caregivers on patient communication
techniques and strategies. Collaborate with other medical
professionals to integrate speech therapy treatments with overall
patient care plans. Maintain patient records and comply with all
legal and ethical requirements. Expertise in diagnosis and
treatment of speech and communication disorders. Ability to develop
and modify individualized care plans Strong interpersonal skills to
effectively communicate with patients, families, and other
healthcare team members. Capability to handle sensitive information
confidentially. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
(CCC-SLP)
