Job Summary and Qualifications What you will do in this role: - You will be responsible for coordinating the nursing care of assigned patients in the Unit in order to provide quality patient care to patients. - You will be responsible for knowledge and skill necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety and related criteria for the appropriate age populations. - You will provide and supply professional nursing care exercising independent judgment in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate. What qualifications you will need: - Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing. - Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred. - Current Texas license as RN. - Current BCLS issued from American Heart Association - 1-year of Day Surgery experience as a licensed RN in an acute care setting required - [Ambulatory, Surgery, Outpatient, Same Day, Pre-Operative, Pre-Op, Intra-Op, Discharge] HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is a 530 bed hospital where sophisticated, world-class medicine meets the comfort, care and convenience of a community hospital.
