Emergency Department We are actively seeking highly motivated and
experienced Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team on a
locum tenens basis. You will play a pivotal role in delivering
high-quality care to a diverse patient population experiencing a
wide range of medical emergencies. Working alongside a dedicated
team of nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals,
you'll ensure timely and effective interventions for every patient

III emergency department with an annual volume of approximately
25,000 visits. Comprehensive Care Capabilities: Our 33-bed
emergency department is well-equipped to handle a variety of
medical emergencies, including mixed trauma cases. Work-Life
Balance: Maintain a healthy work-life balance with manageable
12-hour shifts, supported by APP coverage to ensure uninterrupted
patient care. Part of a High-Quality Healthcare System: Become part
of a respected 222-bed acute care facility offering a full range of
services, including 24/7 emergency care with advanced diagnostic
imaging and ancillary services, as well as comprehensive heart and
vascular services. Who You Are Board certified (BC) or board
eligible (BE) in Emergency Medicine with residency training in the
specialty (ABEM/AOBEM). Active Texas medical license is mandatory.
A passion for emergency medicine, a commitment to providing
exceptional patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment are essential. You possess strong clinical skills and
experience managing a diverse range of medical emergencies,
including those specific to mixed trauma. Excellent
decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are
necessary for making critical decisions under pressure. Effective
communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are crucial
for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
