Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – TexasStart Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Conroe, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day/Night shifts available; 4 weekend shifts per schedule; no on-call required Highlights: 30-bed critical care unit with 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 patient ratios based on acuity Work with advanced equipment including CRRT, IABP, and Impella support systems Electronic medical records managed through Meditech May float to IMU (Intermediate Medical Unit) based on staffing needs Stable schedule with predictable weekend rotation Royal blue scrubs provided Requirements: Active RN license in Texas (or eligible for licensure) Critical care (ICU) experience required Proficiency with ventilator management and cardiovascular drips (mandatory) Current ACLS and BLS certifications required Experience with neurological patients preferred Familiarity with thoracentesis, arterial line placement, and central line placement procedures Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a well-established 30-bed intensive care unit with a strong team of over 80 clinical staff members.
