Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites newly graduated nursing students from
Galen College to apply for an exclusive Nurse Residency position.
This role is designed to bridge the gap between academic training
and real-world healthcare scenarios, providing a comprehensive,
supportive environment to foster professional growth and confidence
in clinical skills. As a Nurse Resident at HCA Healthcare, you will
join a community dedicated to innovative patient care and be part
of a team that's improving more lives in more ways. Participate in
patient care delivery under the supervision of experienced nursing
staff. Document patient status and the care provided in compliance
with HCA Healthcare protocols and privacy regulations. Engage in
learning experiences designed to teach advanced communication,
critical thinking, and clinical skills necessary for effective
nursing. Attend and actively participate in all workshops, training
sessions, and meetings as part of the residency curriculum.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate
comprehensive patient care. Strong clinical skills with a
foundation in evidence-based practice Ability to work well in a
fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving
Capability to apply training and instructions to real-world
scenarios Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligible for
licensure) Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart
Association or American Red Cross
