Schedule - Full-time, 12-hour Nights/Weekends Rotate (.90) Job
Summary and Qualifications What you will do in this role: - You
will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate,
evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered
care. - You will collaborate with subject matter experts and other
leaders to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved
outcomes and service. - You will function as a resource person for
staff members. Provides coaching, feedback, and training to improve
performance and engagement. - You will represent the organization
positively within the community; participates in company-supported
community/patient events and in-services. - You will assists with
staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in
accordance with patient care needs and established productivity
guidelines. - You will supports proper inventory control and
assists with managing supplies and equipment. What qualifications
you will need: - 1 year of Med Surg clinical experience as a
licensed RN in an acute care setting - Graduate of an accredited
school of professional nursing is required - BSN is required -
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or
Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are
required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date) -
Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association) - ACLS
Certification (American Heart Association) required within 6 months
