nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in
Webster, Texas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED -
Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP -
Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights -
Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local
Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of
recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be
able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon
successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral
bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - ED ER /n/n Job Details:
/n • Work in a 45-bed Emergency Department on the 1st floor of the
Central Tower /n• Patient ratio of 4:1 /n• Required certifications:
TNCC, ENPC, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI /n• Must work 4 weekend
shifts per schedule /n• Day shift weekend requirements: Saturday &
Sunday day shifts /n• Night shift weekend requirements: Friday &
Saturday night shifts /n• Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs required
/n• Work with equipment including GE Monitors & EKGs, Life Pak
Monitors, and Pyxis Medication Dispensing System /n• Electronic
Medical Record system: Meditech /n• Preferred skills include
ultrasound guided IV placement /n• Typical procedures:
reduction/splinting, chest tube placement, accessing Port-a-Cath,
blood product administration, and intubation /n• Night shift
staffing includes 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Navigator, 7 RNs, 1 Paramedic,
1 Nurse Tech, and 1 Unit Secretary /n• Must be respectful,
team-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure /n• No floating
requirements /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility is a
comprehensive medical center featuring a busy 45-bed Emergency
Department with a staff of 102 healthcare professionals. The
