Job Description:

JOB SUMMARYTo coordinate and assist in the inventory management of supplies in the PeriOperative department. Responsible for inventory control and stocking of medical supplies. Trained in utilizing the Pyxis inventory system and other related systems. Interact with receiving, central supply, and PeriOperative staff.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School diploma. Two (2) years work experience in the healthcare field.
Work Experience (Years and Area): 2 years OR Materials Management or supplies inventory Management Experience (Years and Area): NoneSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Communication Skills:Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)Writing/Composing (Correspondence/Reports)Other Skills: Analytical, P.C.Work Schedule: Flexible
