We want you to apply now.What You Will Do In Your Role:* You will ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.* You will collaborate with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, and monitors to evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.* You will serve as a resource person for staff.* You will model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.What Qualifications You Will Need:* Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).* Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.* 1 year experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred* Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association is required, a campus of HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, is a 165+ bed, general acute care hospital, founded in 2006 by local physicians who wanted to create a sophisticated, patient-friendly healthcare environment for their community.
