Constellation, a leader in integrated energy solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to join our Technical & Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across various settings, promoting optimized energy use and sustainability. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements Regularly inspect and perform scheduled maintenance to prevent future problems Prepare and maintain service reports and records Advise and collaborate with team members on best practices and innovations in energy management Engage with customers providing clear communication and feedback regarding system status and efficiency improvements Proficient in HVAC repair and maintenance Ability to read and interpret HVAC designs and schematics Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Capable of handling physically demanding tasks Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the energy sector Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Technician Certification required HVAC Excellence Certification preferred Industry safety certifications are a plus
