Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dependable HVAC/Refrigeration Maintenance Helper to assist technicians with preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This is an entry-level position with strong opportunities for hands-on training and career growth in the trade. Responsibilities: Assist technicians with maintenance and repair of HVAC and refrigeration equipment Help clean condenser and evaporator coils, change filters, and inspect components Carry tools, materials, and parts to job sites Help check refrigerant levels and system performance (under supervision) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Load and unload equipment and materials Complete basic paperwork and work orders as assigned Follow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred 0–2 years of HVAC or mechanical experience (entry level – willing to train) Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Valid Texas driver’s license with reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in hot/cold environments, rooftops, and ladders Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Company Description Family owned and operated for over 23 years, Texas Industrial Air Services LLC has been providing honest service and savings for our customers.
