Adecco, USA is seeking candidates for a contract to hire position as a Data Entry Associate in Houston, TX for a local client. The position requires managing documents and data for clients as well as internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity to move up within a successful national tax consulting firm located in the Galleria.

Responsibilities for the Data Entry Associate job include:

- Organize incoming documents and files from clients

- Update and maintain data items in Excel

- Maintain project management software system for each client

- Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings.

- Prepare materials and reports for meetings

- Manage and track records, reports and other confidential information

- Prepare final approved documents for archive

- Assist in writing report overviews and status reports

- Review final reports for formatting and accuracy

Essential Skills:

- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft office suite products

- 1-3 years of experience in a clerical, assistant, or data entry role in a fast paced environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work overtime with occasional travel
