Job Description:

Objective The Financial Analyst responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing current and historical financials, performance, and operating procedures, and developing plans and recommendations that will further enhance efficiency. You will evaluate financial information to assist in reporting, budgeting and forecasting, identifying trends and discrepancies to help our leaders and managers implement change and find ways our organization can reach goals in less time. Responsibilities Analyze financial data (income statements, budgets, forecasts, etc.) taking into account company goals and financial status Identify trends, track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts Document findings and prepare reports to advise and recommend actions based on sound analysis Provide creative alternatives to reduce costs and improve company performance Develop financial tools and models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis Consult with management to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact outcomes Provide training, guidance and oversight to junior members of FP&A team Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications 6 years minimum of hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages 6 years minimum of proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting and business environment Experience with NetSuite preferred Benefits BCBS Medical & Dental insurance Options VSP Vision Coverage Complimentary Life Insurance Policy (employee only) Short-term & Long-Term Disability Pet Insurance Coverage 401(k) plan w/match options HSA / FSA Account Access Identity Theft Protection Legal Services Package Hospital/Accident/Critical Care Coverage Paid Time Off About Us: Specialty1 Partners is a practice services organization committed to providing non-clinical, business support services to the nation's leading specialty dental practices. Position Base Pay Range $90,000 - $100,000 USD Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only.
