the Rio Grande LNG natural gas liquefaction and export facility
near Brownsville, Texas, with approximately 48 MTPA of potential
liquefaction capacity currently under construction or in
development, sufficient space at the site for up to 10 liquefaction
trains, and a potential carbon capture and storage project.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting
supports the preparation and filing of the Company’s financial
reports and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and
internal reporting standards. This role works closely with the Sr.
Manager of Financial Reporting and cross-functional partners to
produce accurate, timely, and high-quality financial disclosures in
a public company environment. This position is ideal for a
technically strong accountant with hands-on SEC reporting
experience who is ready to take ownership of key reporting areas
while continuing to grow under experienced leadership. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and support the timely filing of SEC
reports (including Forms 10-K and 10-Q) and the issuance of reports
required by partners and debt holders. Ensure timely, accurate
compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal reporting
standards. Draft and update financial statement footnote
disclosures, MD&A, and supporting schedules. Coordinate with
external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits. Assist
in evaluating and documenting the accounting and disclosure impact
of new accounting standards, complex transactions, and non-routine
activities, including preparation of technical accounting memos.
Collaborate with and support internal teams (e.g., Treasury,
FP&A and Tax). Drive process improvements in financial
reporting processes, internal controls, and reporting templates and
tools. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
(required), CPA strongly preferred. 4 years of progressive
accounting experience, with public company and/or Big 4 experience
strongly preferred. Strong technical accounting foundation in U.S.
GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Experience supporting SEC
filings and quarterly close/reporting cycles. Familiarity with
financial reporting systems and tools (e.g., Workiva, Oracle, SAP,
or similar). Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage
multiple deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills
with the ability to explain complex accounting topics. PREFERRED
QUAKIFICATIONS Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
over financial reporting. Exposure to complex accounting areas such
as debt and equity transactions, stock-based compensation, business
combinations, or derivatives. Prior experience in a high-growth or
transformation-stage public company environment. Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment with
occasional work within or outside of a complex construction
environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment
such as computers, phones, photocopiers/fax, filing cabinets, etc.
This is primarily a sedentary role; however, the incumbent must be
able to stand and/or sit continuously to perform all essential job
