Position Summary:

• As an intern you would be a team member of the SAP Commercial team
• Contributions to projects that overlap with Order to Cash and Warehouse functions.
• This internship is expected to last 6 months but is subject to change. General Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of IT tickets and change requests.
  • User of SAP ECC and SAP S4.
  • Documenting the existing business processes related to SAP functions.
  • Participating in projects that are relevant to SAP OTC and Warehouse or that require user experience with SAP.
  • Collaborating with other departments for problem-solving and exchange of knowledge. Skills and Experience:
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Self-motivated and engaged remote working style.
    • Customer service or IT technician experience ideal. Education:
      • Graduation Degree preferred but not required. Travel Requirements:
        • Occasional travel may be required Compensation & Benefits:
          • Hourly pay - $22/hr. depending on experience and education.
