Full Time Indirect Procurement Manager (Leasing) Job Description

The Indirect Procurement Manager (Leasing) is responsible for managing the procurement of all indirect goods and services for the company. This includes, but is not limited to, office supplies, furniture, equipment, travel, and telecommunications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the procurement process, as well as experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for all indirect goods and services
• Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract award
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve the best possible prices and terms
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure that suppliers meet the company's quality and service standards
• Monitor the performance of suppliers and take corrective action as needed
• Work with other departments to identify and resolve procurement issues
• Stay up-to-date on the latest procurement trends and technologies Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong understanding of the procurement process
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
